This renovation project, prepared to upgrade the existing hotel to current needs, was carried out through the coordination of engineering disciplines.
When refurbishing an existing hotel, the condition of the structure is surveyed and new service routes are planned with minimal intervention in the existing building. Room comfort, hot water infrastructure and fire safety systems are renewed to current needs and regulations.
Baykar Hotel Renovation Project is one of the reference projects in Sönmez Mühendislik's educational facilities portfolio. Since 1995, Sönmez Mühendislik has provided structural, electrical, mechanical and infrastructure engineering with BIM coordination for projects in Türkiye and abroad.
