Özdoğa Residences is an 11,000 m² housing project designed with comfort and functionality at the forefront.
In an 11,000 m² residential estate where blocks share common infrastructure, services and site solutions must be planned as a whole. The structure, in-unit services and common-area systems are standardised to simplify both construction and operation.
Özdoğa Residences is one of the reference projects in Sönmez Mühendislik's residential and commercial buildings portfolio. Since 1995, Sönmez Mühendislik has provided structural, electrical, mechanical and infrastructure engineering with BIM coordination for projects in Türkiye and abroad.
