Developed in Reisdere, the 22,000 m² Invictus project was designed as a residential community.
In this 22,000 m² residential project, services that improve living comfort were planned together with an economical and safe structure. Common areas, car parks and site infrastructure are coordinated with the residential blocks.
Reisdere Invictus is one of the reference projects in Sönmez Mühendislik's residential and commercial buildings portfolio. Since 1995, Sönmez Mühendislik has provided structural, electrical, mechanical and infrastructure engineering with BIM coordination for projects in Türkiye and abroad.
