When structural, electrical and mechanical design are produced by different offices, coordination gaps, revisions and on-site clashes follow. At Sönmez Mühendislik all engineering disciplines work in the same team and the same BIM model.

Our references include the 100,000 m² Kurtköy Technopark (Revit LOD 350), Pendik KİPTAŞ Housing, Kadıköy Merdivenköy Polyclinics, Kadıköy Hasanpaşa Veterinary Hospital, Çekmeköy Cultural Centre and Underground Car Park, and energy-efficiency works at Pendik State Hospital.
